Refund Policy

Whole Journey Navigation LLC values clarity, fairness, and mutual respect. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for our services.

By booking or purchasing services with Whole Journey Navigation LLC, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

1. General Policy

Because our services involve reserved time, preparation, and personalized support, all sales are generally non-refundable, except as outlined below or where required by law.

 

2. Coaching & Consultation Services

Individual Sessions

  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of the session.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are not eligible for a refund.

Packages and Multi-Session Services

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.

  • Unused sessions within a package may be rescheduled within the agreed service period but are not eligible for cash refunds.

 

3. In-Home Organization Services

  • In-home service appointments require advance booking and preparation.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee or may forfeit the session fee.

If Whole Journey Navigation LLC must cancel an in-home session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund for that session.

 

4. Services for Minors

For clients under the age of 18, refund requests or changes must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergency), at the sole discretion of Whole Journey Navigation LLC.

 

6. Digital Products, Workshops, and Resources

If applicable:

  • Digital products, downloadable materials, and recorded workshops are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

  • Live workshops or group sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.
