Hi, I’m Willoughby Newcomb!

​

I founded Whole Journey Navigation LLC, a consulting practice created to support people through life transitions in a thoughtful and sustainable way.​

​

My professional background is rooted in education. For several years, I have worked as a School Counselor supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigated academic decisions, career planning, mental health challenges, and other major life changes. I have collaborated closely with families, fellow educators, and community partners. My work was recognized when I was named School Counselor of the Year and Support Staff of the Year for the 2024–2025 school year.​

In addition to being a School Counselor, I work as a consultant, life coach, educator, organizer, speaker, and wedding officiant. While these roles may look different on the surface, they are connected by the same purpose. I help people move through transitions with clarity, intention, and care. My approach is practical and compassionate. I believe organization can reduce overwhelm, education can be empowering, and meaningful moments deserve to be honored with intention. My work prioritizes inclusive and respectful guidance, allowing clients to find balance and structure in their daily routines.

I do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical counseling services. I bring perspective, support, education, and life navigation.​ You do not need to have everything figured out to move forward. You just need support that meets you where you are. I look forward to working with and serving you!​​​
